PRICES

Prices charged shall be our quoted price at the date of order. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. VAT shall be added to the price. If you are based in the European Union, upon the production of a VAT number and proof of export, VAT will not be payable on the order. No VAT will be charged if the goods are to be sent to a country outside the European Union, provided that we receive export documents from the carriage company within three months of the date of purchase.  Whilst we endeavour to provide correct costings this does not effect MOE.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER, RESERVE & CANCELLATIONS

All orders must be confirmed in writing and production of your order will commence once payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit is received. A delay in receipt of your deposit or fabric may lead to a delay in the final completion date of your order.   A 7.5% of Invoice be charged if invoice is raised and then cancelled before deposit payment is made.  Any alterations to the order post deposit will be chargeable and may effect the lead-time. 

If the fabric is c.o.m a c.f.a is required, failure to provide this.  liability will therefore fall upon the customer, if the resulting upholstered fabric is different from the one listed in your order, which you, the customer are providing Ensemblier.  ensemblier is happy to advise on textiles and their application & practicality, however, will take no responsibility of fabrics that we as a company have not purchased.  c.o.m fabrics rolls are to be checked for faults by the provider.

The balance of your order will be invoiced two weeks before the agreed ready date and must be paid before goods are dispatched or collected.  the balance is non refundable, if goods wished to be returned, changed or altered, it is at ensembler’s discretion to decide on a course of action. 

HAND MADE PRODUCTION & EXACT MATCHING

due to the bespoke nature of the pieces, upon receipt of the invoice & drawing it is the clients obligation to sign all dimensions.

We believe that the many traditional skills and techniques used to make Ensemblier London Ltd’s designs add to the beauty and individuality of each piece. If you require a higher level of uniformity or finish than these techniques may allow, please discuss your requirements with us before confirming your order.  on occasion pieces may require further adjustments, contingency for this is reserved by Ensemblier in order to make good.

DELIVERY & STORAGE

Your quote will normally not include delivery from our workshops. We are happy to provide an export packing and shipping service including insurance; please ask for a quotation.

it is the responsibly to the client to provide the correct dimensions & ensure access without restrictions, and notify ensemblier otherwise, to enable us the company to make adjustments to the design.  access checks are available at an additional fee.  liability for access issues that have not been previously accessed checked by us, ensemblier, or notified by the client, will fall upon the customer, if additional adjustments and alterations are required.

ACCEPTANCE

You should unpack and inspect your order immediately on delivery. Within 3 days of delivery please give Ensemblier London Ltd notice in writing if any of the goods are not in accordance with the written order, damaged or defective.

WARRANTY

Ensemblier Ltd warrants that our products comply with their general description and the narrative on our quotations and invoices. To our knowledge, your order will be free from material defect at the time of delivery.

LIABILITY

All goods are supplied on condition that Ensemblier London Ltd’s liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the goods supplied.

FORCE MAJEURE

Ensemblier London Ltd shall not be liable for delay in delivery arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
